We’ve stocked the house with the essentials so you can settle in and relax.
Included Amenities:
• High-speed Wi-Fi (strong enough for streaming and remote work)
• Smart TV (live TV or sign in with your own streaming accounts)
• Heat/AC units
• Washer & dryer for guest use - basic laundry supplies included (feel free to bring your preferred!)
• Full kitchen with standard appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster)
• Basic cookware, utensils, and dishware
• Full bath w/shower
• Towels (bath and hand towels)
• Paper towels and toilet paper
• Sleeping arrangements: 2 Bedrooms: four (4) twin beds (standard U.S. twin size) and one Queen bed
• Bedding (sheet/comforter sets, pillows and pillow cases for 4 twin beds and 1 Queen bed
• Outdoor gas grill & fire pit area — includes a starter bundle of firewood; additional wood available nearby for purchase if needed
What guests should bring
• Personal toiletries (soap/body wash, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, etc.)
• Pantry & kitchen items you like (coffee/tea, favorite spices/condiments, paper goods)
•Food/drinks for your stay
Helpful reminders
• Primary guest must be 25+; all guests must be registered in advance.
• No pets unless you’ve received prior written approval.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property; quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• Check-in 3:00 PM; check-out 10:00 AM.
• Please don’t move furniture or tamper with any safety devices or technology.
• Use the grill and fire pit safely; never leave open flames unattended; fully extinguish before leaving the area.
